Estate terroir

25 hectares in Chalaubani at 800m above sea level and 8 hectares in the Kindzmarauli zone at 450m.

Italian vine stock

Part of the planting material comes from VCR Via Rauscedo, one of the world's largest vine nurseries.

Green harvest and yield control

In summer we remove part of the clusters so the remaining grapes receive more sun and nutrition.

Hand harvesting in small crates

Grapes are harvested only by hand into 10-15kg crates and delivered immediately for processing.
