Different methods. One quality approach
Some of our wines mature in qvevri - ancient clay vessels buried in the ground. This is where our amber wines are born with character and Georgian identity.
The rest is produced with European technology using Bucher equipment (France): precise temperature control, clean taste, and modern structure.
Oak barrels (France)
Part of the wines are aged in French oak barrels to build depth and velvety texture.
Tanks up to 10 tons
We intentionally limit vessel volume. Above 15 tons, consistency and quality are harder to preserve.
About 120 tons per year
Today we produce about 120 tons. Within two years - up to 300 tons, with the same quality standards.
